One way to look at it is that this is a way of disrespecting North Korean propaganda in the same way that the early Americans disrespected British propaganda by embracing the song "Yankee Doodle Dandy," originally a British song mocking Americans. Sexualizing and glorifying their villainous representative of ourselves as a "take that" aimed squarely at the makers. It would be absolutely hilarious if the creators discovered this stuff.

For the longest time, instead of using the "liberation" word and the like, it was common to say they should "nuke" whatever country disagreed with the u.s.. There's always stuff like Call of Duty and G.I. Joe which arguably can encourage western kids to be soldiers, when the army isn't gonna be about heroics or anything like that.
