no joke. like i said earlier, even when i've planned how to die, i've always also planned what to do if i wanted to live.

ask yourself seriously, how would you live if you could start over?

this is your life. no one else's. you don't have to live it if you don't want to and no one can make you. by that same token, it's your life and you can shape it, change it, run from things you hate and chase things you want. break out of traps. leave and become something new.

you have options. whatever is the best for you, i hope you know it and i hope you choose it.

Thanks. I don't think I've had anyone put it that way for me.

Setting up an appointment for a therapist. The mood passed, but that was the closest I've ever been to actually doing it, and I just can't ignore it anymore.

hey. a lot of us have been to dark places...
and a lot of us have come out of them...
and coming out of them doesn't make what we went through any easier or any less real
it just means we know that we have it in us to make it out on our own terms.

Of course. I even made a giant joke thread when I was feeling very low a while ago that was basically "I AM DEAD AND YOU SHOULD BE TOO, HERE'S WHY" as a way to try to get myself out of it. That was fun.

Humor helps, but it feels like it's just putting it off.

>>382765
Yeah. Been going for 23 years, and that couldn't have just been off of me trying to guilt myself into staying alive.

After over a decade of different kinds of therapy, every med known to man, volunteering to help others/feel accomplished, self-help, ECT, hotlines, etc, with none of it having any kind of effect, I have been offered DBS treatment for my depression. It's my understanding that they're still in the process of developing it further, and the people in charge are interested in how treatment-resistant my case has been, so they're offering to do it for free so it can help their studies.

I'm seriously considering it at this point, but I find myself nervous. It's going to be the first time I'm subjected to an invasive surgical procedure.

So I placed an order on Amazon for a game about 3 days ago and it's still not in transit. I sent the guy/company/whatever an email through amazon earlier today asking if he shipped it yet and I still haven't gotten a response.

How long should I wait to cancel this? I don't mean to sound impatient, but it's a single game. It doesn't take that much to drop it in the mail, and I kinda fear this person/company isn't on top of his game right now.

>> No. 382796
>>382795
IT ACTUALLY DEPENDS ON YOUR PAYMENT METHOD the joke is that some of these lesser known stores, even if they are Amazon or Google certified might just be fronts for scams and such. Generally high amounts of positive reviews means that the place is good for it, although putting your card out there does mean it's vulnerable to scams and hacking. Normally Paypal or temporary credit cards like from Walmart are safer, but tbqh Google and Amazon try to stay on top of that shit.

cosplaying and essentially real life role playing as dick grayson gets harder the older you get because super heroes stay the same age or even get younger.

i'm a 6th year in grad school. i'm gettin' too old for this. i'm shifting back to tony stark as my handle when the time is right.

Okay so I decided to impose upon myself, a project in which I attempt to re-sprite Punch-Out!! (NES) frame by frame. The spriting part's not that bad, but importing is. Anyways, long story short, is there another way to import my sprites without re-drawing them in the layer editor? Or... is there anyone here with the know-how to do it then?
