That's some good improvements with your figure. I'm particularly fond of how soft her body looks, good job on that.
Irises are concave. They scatter light too, so SSS the material. But don't overdo it.
The flattened spheres on her irises, shouldn't they be white?
Next, the cornea. On top of the irises there has to be this convex surface which is the lens of the eye, it should cover the iris and the flattened spheres.
If you want a natural look set up a 30%-50% reflection, and no refraction, so you get a watery surface.
If you want a dolly look, set a higher reflection (70%-100%), and make the lens refract too, with an IOR between 1.35 - 1.44 but not higher. This will make it look glassy, iirc.
