his penis and balls are too small, even for a cat, and the shape looks weird since it's a somewhat detailed human penis coming out of a sheat. try making it more simple or either fully human or fully cat-like and tapered, in other words, thicker at the base and middle part than the tip. would be nice if you could give him some barbs too.
